It is surrounded by a large garden with an inviting swimming pool. You can cool off with a dip in the swimming pool or take a stroll on the beach which is right next to the villa. A barbecue is also at your disposal. Take the opportunity to prepare delicious meals. Take a nap in the hammocks and enjoy the wonderful sea view. The interior space can accommodate 2 people and consists of a kitchen connected to the living room and bedroom as well as a separate bathroom. The interior space gives access to a 17m2 terrace which can be completely closed.
Beach House Olive villa enjoys an excellent beachfront location in Medulin. The ideal place to enjoy the sea. The surrounding area offers many leisure opportunities: cycling, horse riding, jogging, hiking and much more. Cape Kamenjak, which is a short drive from the villa, is a must-see if you like untouched nature with wild beaches and beautiful surroundings. The historic town of Pula is a short drive away. Pula is the largest city in Istria and offers a multitude of bars, restaurants and sights. Visit the famous amphitheater dating from the 1st century. Many events are organized there, from concerts and film screenings to sporting events. We recommend taking a day trip to Brijuni National Park.

Good welcome and sometimes a gift from the owner. I would definitely book this accommodation again. Good value for money. Worldly fridge and good beds. Everything is present in the house. Dishwasher and washing machine with cubes and washing agent. If you have any questions you can call/text. It doesn’t get better than this.

The house is truly a dream. We were there with a total of 7 people and the space was quite sufficient. Everything you need for daily life is available in the house. The outdoor area is very well divided and the highlight was of course the swimming pool, which is very well maintained and clean. The view of the sea and the mountains is simply breathtaking. The location is really perfect, you have lots of peace and quiet and no direct neighbors. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the sea. We’re always totally delighted and will definitely come back.
